3. SMS and Phone Communications

By submitting your phone number through our Calendly booking link, any form on this website, or any other Up Vista intake form (including landing pages, lead magnets, and partner forms), you expressly consent to receive calls and SMS or MMS text messages from Up Vista at the phone number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice.
These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups on your inquiry, proposals and next steps, account and service updates, and occasional promotional messages relating to Up Vista's services.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. You can also email hello@up-vista.com to be removed from our outreach.
If you do not want to receive SMS messages from us, please do not submit your phone number through our forms, or opt out as described above. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional communications you have specifically requested (for example, confirming an active client engagement).
Phone numbers and consent records collected through Up Vista forms are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

- Advertising platforms. Platforms such as Meta, where we may upload hashed customer lists or run remarketing audiences for our own promotion, subject to those platforms' terms.

- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
